Damiana has had widespread use as an aphrodisiac since ancient times and is harvested from the deserts of Mexico and Baja California. Damiana contains the active ingredients Terpene and anti-microbial substance Arbutin, alkaloids and other compounds that could have an important therapeutic benefit.
